1. What we collect
When you purchase or create an account on TenantX, we collect your name, email address, and GitHub username (if provided). We also collect payment data processed by Paddle — we never store raw card details. Server logs may capture IP addresses and browser information.
2. How we use it
We use your data to deliver the product (license key, GitHub repo access), send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, invite instructions), and provide customer support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Third parties
We share data with the following services only as needed to operate:
- Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- GitHub — repository access management
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third party.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
