Terms of Service

1. The product

TenantX is a software starter kit sold as a one-time purchase. Upon purchase you receive a license key, access to the private GitHub repository, and any future updates made available under your plan.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TenantX to build one or more commercial projects. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code as a standalone product or starter kit.

3. All Sales Final

All purchases are final. Because source code access is granted immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review the documentation and capabilities section thoroughly before purchasing. If you have pre-purchase questions, contact support@tenantx.dev before completing your order.

4. GitHub access

After purchase, you must provide your GitHub username in the customer portal to receive a repository invitation for your own account. Team-plan seats beyond the purchasing account are provisioned by support. Access is tied to your license and may be revoked for license violations.

5. Updates

Updates are delivered via GitHub. You will have access to updates for as long as your license remains active. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule.

6. Support

Email support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not offer guaranteed response times or hands-on implementation help. Community issues and discussions may be available via GitHub.

7. Liability

TenantX is provided as-is. We make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance.
